Delete your data
Deleting a child, or everything
Deleting a child removes their nickname, their picture and every note of their practice, straight away. Deleting your family removes every child, every grown-up's link to it, and the record of what it bought.
In the app
Open the grown-ups' area (the small door in the corner, then the grown-up check), choose Family, then the child, then Delete. Or choose Delete family to delete everything.
Without the app
Email hello@earshed.com from the address you signed in with, and say whether you want one child deleted or your whole family. We'll confirm when it's done.
What isn't deleted
Your own Earshed account (your email and name) stays until you delete it too, because you may use Earshed yourself. Purchases also stay in Apple's or our payment provider's own records, as the law requires them to.
