In the Earshed Kids Songbook
Frère Jacques
a round · two parts at once
Uses the whole scale.
The recordings are being made now. Each song page will play its tune as soon as it's ready.
Sing it first
Listen to it, sing it back with the syllables, then find it on the keys. Each syllable keeps its colour and shape in every key.
doremidodoremidomifasomifasosolasofamidodoso̩do
Then move it
The syllables never change; only where do sits does. Play it here next:
- C C D E C
- G G A B G
- F F G A F
Play it together
Start the round 2 bars apart. Then try it with your own two hands, 2 bars apart.
The goal I can play it as a round without getting lost
